How do i register my product?

In the original package will be a registration card. Please fill this out and send it back to us. We will keep record of your information and device serial number for further assistance in the case of any issues or product information.

How do I clean my Speed Shot?

Along with your Speed Shot device there will be a small cleaning kit included. This kit will have a small cloth and Q-tip the make sure that the screen is free from dirt and debris. Along with the screen the magazine follower must also be cleaned every 1000 - 1500 shots. The magnet inside the follower may sometimes stick inside the magazine body due to access powder residue. By simply wiping off the follower will allow the Speed Shot to function properly.

What do i do if my Speed Shot get wet?

Remove your Speed Shot device from your firearm and set it in a warm dry place and let it dry on its own. do not use heat to dry it quickly, this may damage some of the internal parts. If the device does not work after that, contact customer support for further assistance.
